THE ROLE

WHO YOU ARE

You're not just a seasoned HR professional—you're a builder of culture and structure with proven success. You understand that process and people need to work in sync. You've seen both structured organizations and fast-paced environments, and you know how to balance processes with agility.

You've got 15+ years of solid HR experience, and you've led teams through hiring sprees, policy changes, culture shifts, and tough conversations. But most importantly, you believe HR isn't just about policies made from a glass tower—it's about creating clarity, fairness, and an outstanding employee experience.

If you're someone who thrives on solving challenges, building strong HR frameworks, and ensuring that everything runs like clockwork, we need you on our team.

YOUR TEAM

You'll work closely with department heads, team leads, and leadership to ensure our HR team can function at their best and our internal processes are followed without exception at all times. From hiring to payroll to offboarding, your job is to ensure there are no gaps, no delays, and no compliance issues ever.

WHO YOU WILL REPORT TO

You'll report to the Head of People & Strategy, ensuring HR strategy and execution are aligned with business goals.

WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

●       Culture & Engagement: Foster a people-first environment where employees feel valued and motivated.

●       HR Compliance & Policies: Ensure all HR policies are up to date and legally compliant.

●       Recruitment & Onboarding: Oversee hiring efforts and create a seamless onboarding experience.

●       Payroll & Compensation: Ensure timely payroll processing and statutory compliance.

●       HR Operations & Data Management: Maintain HR records, track key metrics, and provide insights.

●       Collaboration with Leadership: Partner with department heads to align HR strategies with business objectives.
