We pair traditional development with state-of-the-art AI tools (Cursor, Claude Code, OpenAI agents, automated workflows, etc.) to dramatically accelerate development, improve code quality, and reduce time-to-market for both client and internal ventures. We’re looking for a Goa-based Mobile & Web Developer skilled in Flutter and React , and excited to adopt AI-enhanced development practices. What You’ll Do Build cross-platform mobile apps using Flutter (Dart) Develop responsive, high-performance web applications using React (JavaScript/TypeScript) Use AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, etc.) daily to accelerate development, refactor code, and improve quality Work with backend teams to integrate APIs, Firebase/Supabase services, authentication flows, and cloud data systems Collaborate with designers and product managers on client projects AND internal Venture Studio products Participate in code reviews augmented with AI-based analysis and linting Contribute to internal R&D for agentic workflows, automation tools, and emerging AI technologies Follow a hybrid work model : 3 days onsite at a coworking space in Goa, 2 days remote What We’re Looking For 2–4+ years of experience in mobile and/or web development Solid hands-on experience with: Flutter & Dart React / Next.js JavaScript / TypeScript Experience with cloud services such as Firebase, Supabase, or AWS Strong sense of UI/UX polish and front-end performance Excitement about AI-accelerated engineering workflows Must be based in or willing to relocate to Goa for hybrid work Tools We Use Daily Hubstaff – Productivity and time tracking ClickUp – Project and sprint management Slack – Communication and rapid collaboration Cursor, Claude Code, LangChain – AI-powered engineering stack Bonus Skills (Nice to Have) Backend: Node.js , NestJS , MongoDB Automation tools: n8n , Make , Zapier AI/LLM experience: LangChain , RAG, agentic workflows Experience publishing apps to App Store and Play Store Previous startup experience Why Join Valari Solutions Work at the intersection of software development + AI innovation Hybrid work culture with a tight-knit India team Opportunity to contribute to Valari Venture Studios products Potential equity in internal ventures for long-term contributors Direct access to founders and a high-learning, fast-moving environment Build your career in an AI-accelerated engineering ecosystem Compensation Competitive, based on experience.
