  • OS & Endpoint Management: Proficiency in Windows OS, M365, and endpoint security.\ N
  • Configuration & Deployment Tools: Hands-on experience with SCCM, Intune, and imaging tools.\ N
  • Application Packaging &Patch Management: Ability to package applications and deploy patches effectively.\ N
  • ITSM Process Knowledge: Familiarity with Incident, Problem, and Change Management (ITIL framework).\ N
  • Inventory & CMDB Management: Skilled in maintaining accurate asset records and lifecycle tracking.\ N
  • Automation Skills: Knowledge of scripting (PowerShell, VBScript) for automation.\ N
