Job Purpose:

The role of Resource – The Marquee Rides Specialist is responsible for conceptualizing, executing, and leading innovative and engaging riding brand properties that position Royal Enfield at the forefront of broader motorcycling culture. This role involves developing new concepts for brand-led rides and experiences, ensuring they resonate with the motorcycling community and reinforce Royal Enfield brand identity, and directly overseeing their successful implementation.

What you'll do:

Conceptualization & Strategy:

• Conceptualize innovative and engaging riding brand properties that position Royal Enfield at the forefront of broader motorcycling culture.
• Develop new concepts for brand-led rides and experiences both at grassroot level and global scale.
• Ensure riding properties resonate with the motorcycling community and reinforce Royal Enfield brand identity.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, incorporating innovative ideas and creative elements into ride concepts and experiences.

Execution & Leadership:

• Execute brand-led rides and experiences.
• Oversee the successful implementation of ride concepts, ensuring they meet brand objectives and community expectations.

Briefing & Content Creation:

• Write comprehensive briefs for internal teams and external agencies for ride and event requirements.
• Work with internal Brand and Marketing teams to create briefs, creatives, content, websites, and promotional material for rides.

Financial Management:

• Work closely with the Finance team for budget planning and management.
• Collaborate with agencies and vendors for detailed costs and to create ride Project and Event P&L (Profit and Loss statements).

Partnerships & Sponsorships:

Work with partners to secure sponsorships for marquee riding properties.

Agency &Vendor Management:

Collaborate with various agencies and vendors for all aspects of ride execution, including logistics, production, and creative deliverables.

Promotion & Communication:

• Work with community and social media teams to effectively promote the rides, including collaboration with regional sales, marketing and rides teams.
• Work with the PR team to create compelling briefs for media, advocates, and influencers to generate widespread coverage and engagement.

Data Analysis:

Track and analyze participation metrics, feedback, and ROI for marquee rides and events,

providing insights to inform future initiatives.

Community Engagement:

• Develop and implement strategies to activate and engage our global community around marquee rides and ongoing initiatives.
• Foster strong relationships with community members, ambassadors, and key stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to enhance community participation and create memorable experiences.

What you'll bring:

Experience:

• 5-8 years of professional Ride/event planning and execution experience.
• Proven success in planning and managing large-scale events.
• Avid motorcyclist with the ability to do motorcycle rides and basic technical knowledge.
• Passion for motorcycling and adventures.
• High level of physical fitness

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree (Full Time) in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, Masters in Business Administration (MBA) / Post Graduate Diploma in Management(PGDM)
