Learn more at: Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated Junior Developer/Solutions Analyst with hands-on experience in building and developing business solutions using Microsoft SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI. The ideal candidate will work closely with business teams to analyze requirements, automate processes, and support existing applications within the Microsoft 365 environment. Key Responsibilities: Design, build, and maintain SharePoint Online sites including lists, libraries, permissions, pages and metadata. Develop customized forms and applications using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven preferred). Build workflow automations using Power Automate for approval flows, email notifications, integrations, and document management. Support and enhance existing solutions in SharePoint & Power Platform. Create dashboards and reports using Power BI based on business data. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SharePoint, Power Apps, flows, access, or performance. Assist with documentation, testing, and deployment of solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions. Ensure governance, security, and compliance best practices for Microsoft 365 environment. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field. 1–2 years of experience working with SharePoint Online & Microsoft Power Platform . Practical experience with: SharePoint lists, libraries, site pages, views, and permissions Power Apps development (Canvas apps) Power Automate workflows (approvals, automated cloud flows) Power BI (basic level) Strong understanding of JSON, Excel, Formula Expressions, and basic scripting. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate effectively with end users and stakeholders.
