Job Title: Automation Test Engineer

Job Description:

Requirements:

Bachelor's/master's in computer science or equivalent experience.

8+ years in software engineering and/or quality assurance.

Strong knowledge of programming languages, e.g., Golang, and Python.

Hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks and tools.

Familiarity with public / private clouds and Kubernetes.

Working hours will be normal hours in india…

Below is a high-level job description for these roles:

* Design and develop automated tests for our distributed platform's core capabilities and features, ensuring high quality and reliability.

* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive testing strategy and continuous improvement.

* Create and maintain high-quality test cases for new features and enhancements, ensuring comprehensive test coverage.

* Leverage extensive experience to develop automation tests for both API and UI components.

* Demonstrate proficiency in Linux-based operating systems and provide expertise in troubleshooting and debugging.

* Utilize hands-on experience with cloud technologies, containers, and Kubernetes (K8s) to enhance testing processes.

* Highly preferred: The development of automation tests using the Robot Automation Framework or Golang Based Test Framework like Ginkgo/Go-dog.

* Champion best practices and methodologies in testing to maintain high standards of quality.

*Must-Have Skills:*

* Hands-on experience with cloud technologies, containers, and Kubernetes (K8s).

* Experience working with two or more cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, VSphere, MAAS, Google, Nutanix).

* Minimum of 5 years of working experience in testing and automation.
