Role-ISAM engineerLocation of Requirement: Pune/Mumbai/ChennaiYears of Experience: 5-10 years Competencies Required (Technical/Behavioral Competency)Essentials - ISAM Module skills: Base, Advance Access Control (AAC), Federation Experience with ISAM/IAM/LDAP operations support - ISAM administration and support for Base, AAC, Federation Modules - Configuring SSO solutions using Access Manager. Federated Single Sign on using SAML Standards - Must have Understanding of SSO, SAML, SAML 2.0, OAUTH, ADFS - Good to have experience in migration of applications to ISAM Federation Model - Integrate business applications with ISAM as per requirements Implement Multi-factor Authentication, OAuth, OIDC and other authentication mechanisms Independent contributor with ability to resolve issues and close tickets - Day-to-Day operations support activities Workflow knowledge in design/implementations, provisioning process, junctions, adapters, Clustering, Policies, User registries. Knowledge in Tivoli Directory Server (TDS), External Authentication Interface (EAI), PD Admin, Python, Federation module, Distributed session cache & Web ServicesTroubleshooting knowledge over Server level to User level queries. Experience in Architecture & Design aspects of IAM is preferred. - Migration and Implementation experience in ISAM would be an Add on Must be able to lead and participate in outage callsCreate the Standard Operating Procedure and update the knowledge database documentation whenever required Participate in daily/ weekly/ monthly/ customer / internal meetings and provide activities reportAble to create policy and procedure manual Understand the SLA and ensure the SLAs are met as per the TCS agreement with customer - Excellent communication skills DesirableProgramming Experience in Java & JavaScript is a plus Automation experience with Jenkins/Ansible/GitLab/Chef/puppet Good to have experience with migrations to Microsoft Azure - Good to have knowledge on Automation using Ansible - Good to have knowledge on CICD/DevOps methodologies Customer Management skills Co-ordination with multiple stake holders / Third party Vendors for break-fix Assist in the implementation of best practices, processes and tools.
