Role Description

We are looking for an HR manager that is on fire to "Get things done". We want someone who can hit the ground running in an extremely progressive and fun environment. You must be a recruitment specialist and adept at reading people. Someone who knows how to be a trusted best friend but also manage situations smartly.

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR functions within the organization, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and compliance with labor laws. The role will also involve coordinating with various departments to ensure a positive and productive work environment.

Job Description

  1. Recruitment Specialist - Deep knowledge of , Indeed, Naukri etc.
  2. Training and OnBoarding - Develop training SOPs, Implement the culture, onboarding.
  3. Payroll, Compliance, Policies.
  4. Appraisal, Grievance and performance check specialist
  5. Travel management & Employee Engagement
  6. Admin/EA duties - MoMs, Meeting coordination etc.

Qualifications

  • Recruitment, Employee Relations, and Training and Development skills
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in conflict resolution and mediation
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources (Masters Preferred), Business Administration, or related field
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR) is a plus
