Creates user defined dialog box.Attribute and expression templates in NX.Comprehensive Knowledge of NX expression.Comprehensive Knowledge of NX CADAdditional Role:-Design & Development of Dashboard (I/P) & Console automotive partsDesign & Development of Automotive interiors decorative parts, soft touch interior parts using various technologies.CAE of Interior parts stiffnessParts & Vehicle level testingResponsibilities:Design & Development of Dashboard (I/P) & Console automotive partsDevelopment of NX macro and automation for data efficiency and accuracy.CAE of Interior parts stiffness/Designer CAEParts & Vehicle level testing as per program schedule.Regulation Checks, especially interior fitting ECE -R21 .Cost & Weight monitoring at Part & Sub-System level.Countermeasure planning, as necessary, based on Design/ Quality Reviews, Line Feedback & Testing.Coordination with business partners for development of parts.Technical/ Functional:§ Experience of Design or Development in at-least one domain areas in any of the following:- Dashboard (I/P) Parts- Interior Decorative parts§ Understanding of Manufacturing processes and Costing Functions.Hands on experience in testing at part & vehicle levelBehavioral§ Positive attitude & Proactive nature§ Effective team player§ Good communication, analytical and presentation skills§ Study industry trends (global and domestic) and apply it in work-area
