Key Responsibilities:

• Plant, cultivate, and harvest crops according to farming schedules and procedures.
• Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, such as tractors, harvesting machines, and irrigation systems.
• Monitor crops for pests, diseases, and signs of stress, and apply appropriate treatments as necessary.
• Keep accurate records of crop management activities, including planting dates, pesticide applications, and yield.
• Maintain and repair farm structures, fences, and equipment.
