Description:

● 4- 10 Years of experience in Infor Global HR/Lawson

● Bachelor's Degree

● Master's in human resource management is desirable

● Experience in at least one end to end implementation project including requirement gathering, business analysis, designing the system, system configuration, integration, testing and AMS is required.

● Experience in one or more of the following Infor/Lawson S3 Global HR modules is a must: Core HR, Benefits, Health & Safety

● Experience in one or more of the following Infor/Lawson S3 Payroll or Infor Talent Management modules is desirable: Performance, Goals, Succession, Compensation

● Strong troubleshooting skills in configuration errors, database errors, job failures, extensions and interfaces required

● Experience in version Infor HCM CloudSuite v11.0.1, Mingle 11 and Mingle 12 is an advantage

● Experience in working with Java/JavaScript/JSP and SQL for technical configuration of extensions and integrations is an added advantage

● Experience in using Infor ION, Infor Process Automation/Developer (IPA/IPD) an added advantage
