We are seeking highly motivated mid-level professionals with strong skills in AI/ML (focusing on image processing) and ROS2 development to join our research and development team. The roles involve developing advanced algorithms and systems for real-world applications, with a focus on image processing, robotics, and hardware-software integration.Location: IIT Kanpur AI/ML Engineer (Focused on Image Processing)Responsibilities: - Develop and implement AI/ML algorithms for image processing applications. - Apply mathematical and statistical methods to analyze, process, and model image data. - Work with Python for simulation, prototyping, and validation of algorithms. - Collaborate with a team of researchers to contribute to cutting-edge projects in electrical engineering. - Approach open-ended problems with creativity and critical thinking.Requirements: - Strong problem solving skills. - Solid understanding of image processing techniques (e.G., convolutional neural networks, feature extraction). - Proficiency in Python, neural networks. - Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. - Open-minded, curious, and motivated to tackle real-world challenges.Selection Process: Selection will be based on an interview focusing on AI/ML (image processing) mathematics, neural networks, and interpersonal skills.Job Details: - Position: Involves both research and development. - Employment: Full-time.
