Job Description

* Coordinate the calendar and timeline for conducting counselling sessions at
•chools.

* Visit the partner school as per the requirement for career counselling
•urposes.

* Conduct 1-on-1 pre and post-counselling sessions with parents to discuss their child's progress and explain the benefits of Brainwonder
• services.

* Design and lead presentations, workshops, seminars, and webinars for students, parents, and educational
•nstitutions.

* Be well-versed with Brainwonders' biometric and psychometric assessments and communicate the results effectively to studen
•s and parents.

* Address queries and concerns, highlighting how Brainwonders services supports students' academic an
• personal growth

* Collaborate with school staff to ensure smooth delivery and integration of Brainwonders services within the
•academic calendar.

* Provide digital content, resources, literature and
•esearch for guidance

* Knowledge about counselling with all age groups on an individual basis, and/or well
•mix groups of all ages

* Candidates with experience in personality, intelligence, career, and clinical testing will
•e preferred

Qualifications

Requirements:
* Bachelor's / Master's / Ph.D. in Psychology or related field
* Excellent communication, interpers*nal, and presentation skills
* Strong understanding of Brainwond*rs services and implementation
* Ability to travel*to schools and conduct meetings
* Passion for helping students discover their pot*ntial and plan for their future.
* Experience in *arketing, or business development
* Familiarity with the education industry and school*administrative structures
