Our mission is to create adaptive, data-driven solutions that optimize logistics, improve decision-making, and drive efficiency across the food distribution ecosystem.Our team comprises of experienced engineers from FAANG companies and Ivy League institutions, combining deep technical expertise with a passion for solving real-world problems using AI and automation.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a Product Designer to shape the user experience and visual identity of our platform.You will create our design system from the ground up and turn complex AI workflows into clear, intuitive interfaces.You’ll work closely with the founding team and directly with clients to understand their needs, design for real operational challenges, and help bring intelligent automation to life across the food distribution space.ResponsibilitiesDesign end-to-end user experiences across web and dashboard applicationsCollaborate with the founding team to define design priorities and product directionWork directly with clients to understand their workflows and translate them into design solutionsCreate wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals using Figma or similar toolsDevelop and maintain a scalable design system and visual languageDesign intelligent, data-driven interfaces for AI-powered workflowsEnsure usability, consistency, and accessibility across all product surfacesQualificationsStrong portfolio demonstrating visual design, UX thinking, and systems-level problem solvingProficiency with Figma and modern prototyping toolsExperience creating or maintaining design systemsStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate with engineers and clientsComfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage environment with high autonomyInterest in AI, automation, and designing for real-world operationsPreferred ExperienceBackground designing for B2B SaaS platformsFamiliarity with food distribution, supply chain, or logistics systemsExperience with data visualization or dashboard designExposure to complex workflow tools or enterprise productsWhy Join UsLead the creation of a cohesive design system from scratchWork directly with clients and the founding team to shape product directionShip fast and see your designs come to life in productionReceive meaningful ownership and equityHelp define how people interact with the next generation of AI-poweredProduct DesignerLocation: RemoteType: Full-Time (Equity + Salary)Full-time permanent remote (Core - US hours - 6pm-3am IST)
