Role: National Head – Operations Excellence & Client GovernanceLocation- BangaloreRole Summary: Will act as the strategic enabler and governance anchor for Quess’ staffing operations. This leader will drive standardization, scalability, compliance, and automation across the organization to strengthen client hygiene, revenue assurance, and operational discipline. They will work above regional operations heads with a pan-India mandate, empowering existing state and regional teams to focus on day-to-day execution while leading transformation initiatives. Responsibilities: - Standardize processes across onboarding, compliance, associate lifecycle, and operational reviews. - Govern client escalation response, SLA adherence, and client satisfaction metrics. - Partner with Finance and Sales to improve billing hygiene and reduce DSO. - Lead internal and external audit readiness, ensuring 100% compliance adherence. - Drive automation, digitisation, and process transformation across workflows. - Mentor and enable regional/state ops leaders with governance and capability programs. - Improve client satisfaction and NPS scores and 100% compliance and audit readiness.Qualifications and Skills:15+ years of relevant experience in operations and preferably from similar industry.
