Zoho One Architect

Job Overview:We are looking for an experienced Zoho One Architect to design, implement, and lead our enterprise-wide Zoho ecosystem strategy. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience across the Zoho One suite, with deep expertise in system architecture, process automation, and cross-platform integrations. As a Zoho One Architect, you will define best practices, establish technical standards, and oversee the design and scalability of complex solutions built on Zoho CRM, Creator, Books, Desk, Flow, and other Zoho applications. You will play a strategic role in aligning Zoho technologies with business goals and ensuring seamless collaboration across departments. Key Responsibilities ● Architect and implement scalable solutions across the Zoho One suite (CRM, Creator, Books, Desk, Projects, Flow, Analytics, etc.) to support organizational goals. ● Design the overall Zoho ecosystem architecture, ensuring alignment with enterprise systems and data governance policies. ● Lead integrations between Zoho applications and external systems using REST APIs, webhooks, and middleware platforms. ● Develop and review Deluge scripts, custom widgets, and advanced automation frameworks to enhance productivity and data flow. ● Guide and mentor developers in the implementation of best practices and performance optimization across the Zoho environment. ● Collaborate with business leaders to translate complex business requirements into technical designs and actionable system blueprints. ● Oversee data management, analytics, and dashboard design to provide real-time insights for decision-making. ● Ensure compliance, security, and scalability of all Zoho applications, integrations, and workflows. ● Establish documentation standards and provide training and support to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Qualifications: ● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. ● Minimum of 6 years of professional experience with the Zoho One suite, including hands-on work in Zoho CRM, Creator, Flow, Books, Desk, and Analytics. ● Proven experience in solution architecture, system design, and enterprise integration within Zoho environments.● Strong expertise in Deluge scripting, API-based integrations, and custom application development using Zoho Creator. ● Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Node.js for custom widget development. ● Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills. ● Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business teams. ● Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a dynamic environment. Preferred Skills ● Experience integrating Zoho One with ERP systems, data warehouses, or analytics platforms. ● Certification(s) in Zoho CRM or Zoho Creator are highly desirable. ● Background in workflow automation, system governance, or digital transformation projects.
