Role Summary:

Job title: Recruiter - Non IT (FMCG/D, Pharma background)

Service Line & Business: RPO

Experience: 5 to 8 yrs of relevant recruiting experience for Sales hiring and other Non-IT roles.

Location: Mumbai - Goregaon (East) (Client site)

Work modality: Hybrid (5 day work week - 3 days WFO, 2 days WFH)

In pursuit of this, we are seeking to hire an exceptional & experienced 'Recruiter' having at least 5-8 yrs of Talent acquisition experience with a strong foot holding into hiring and managing high volume demands, majorly for SALES roles alongside other commercial roles, to support & deliver our client's talent needs. Working as an integral part of our team, the purpose of this role would entail the ideal candidate to be responsible for the full cycle recruitment process. The 'Recruiter' would be responsible for stakeholder management whilst delivering and performing continuously to agreed KPI's & SLA's. This is a fantastic role for an individual looking for their next big challenge, as you will have the opportunity to drive your growth and to deliver great results for the client right at the start of an expansion of a solution.

Note: This is a client facing role and the candidate will be operating out of the client office. This is an IC role, reporting to the India TL.

Job description:

Roles & Responsibilities -

  • Ownership of the entire recruitment life cycle for several key business areas, with a strong focus on direct sourcing for diverse commercial & corporate roles (Non-tech like - majorly Sales, along with Marketing, Finance, HR, Compliance & regulatory affairs, etc.).
  • Ensuring exceptional candidate experience maintaining Korn Ferry and client values and standards are being met at all times.
  • Proactively establishing and maintaining relationships with hiring managers, ensuring exceptional stakeholder management (internal (KF) & external (client side)).
  • Strategizing recruitment & hiring processes in consultation with the hiring managers and the Team lead, thereby acting as the first POC for all the assigned roles.
  • Maintaining awareness and developing creative sourcing strategies and network pool for references, thereby working closely with the team to develop a best approach to meet the hiring demands and targets.
  • Supporting and Delivering to the agreed Service delivery targets and KPIs to drive a successful output.
  • Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction, driving continuous improvement initiatives
  • Provide market insights to hiring managers wrt factors like - geographic conditions, candidate availability, salary benchmarks, etc.
  • Maintain highest data integrity within reporting over critical metrics and maintaining process excellence on the ATS/trackers.

Qualifications & Requirements -

  • Anywhere between 5-8 years of end-to-end recruitment experience supporting Pharma OR FMCG/D (non F&B) clients. Experience working for clients within the skin care, beauty vertical is a plus.
  • Prior experience in delivering and managing high volume Sales hiring is a must.
  • Experience using Workday as an ATS is a plus.
  • Experience within the in-house Recruitment / RPO would be preferred.
  • A Bachelor's degree is a must.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to handle and work on multiple requisitions simultaneously (25-30 requisitions individually).
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and show flexibility in a fast-moving environment
  • Excellent stakeholder management and networking skills
