We are hiring a Technical Director for our client Microchips manufacturing company.

Salary - 60 to 75 LPA

Exp : 15 Plus

Qualification:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. 15+ years of experience in electronics product development, with a significant focus on AI/ML technologies. Proven track record of leading and delivering complex projects from concept to production. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Deep understanding of the electronics product development lifecycle and best practices. Experience with regulatory compliance and industry standards. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Leadership and Management:

Provide technical leadership and guidance to the engineering team. Oversee all aspects of the electronics product development lifecycle, from concept to production. Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.

Technical Expertise:

Lead the design and development of cutting-edge electronic products. Integrate AI/ML technologies into product designs to enhance functionality and performance. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Drive the adoption of best practices in engineering processes, tools, and methodologies.

Project Management:

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Identify and mitigate risks and resolve issues that may arise during development. Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of the companys technical strategy and roadmap. Identify emerging technologies and trends that could impact the business and recommend adoption where appropriate. Collaborate with the executive team to align technical initiatives with business objectives

Preferred Skills:
