This onsite contract role in Hyderabad offers the opportunity to work on high-impact projects, ensuring software quality and performance across platforms. The ideal candidate will be passionate about automation, detail-oriented, and collaborative in cross-functional environments.Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test frameworks using Selenium, TestNG, or Cypress- Create and execute automated test scripts for functional, regression, and performance testing- Collaborate with developers, QA leads, and product teams to define test strategies and acceptance criteria- Conduct API testing using tools like Postman or RestAssured- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab, or similar tools- Analyze test results, identify defects, and ensure timely resolution- Maintain traceability between test cases and business requirements- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous QA process improvementsRequired Skills- Minimum 5 years of experience in QA automation testing- Strong proficiency in automation tools: Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, JUnit, or Cypress- Solid programming skills in Java, Python, or JavaScript- Experience with API testing and automation frameworks- Familiarity with CI/CD tools: Jenkins, Git, Maven, Docker- Good understanding of Agile, SDLC, and STLC processes- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skillsPreferred Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field- ISTQB or equivalent QA certification- Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies
