If you thrive in fast-scaling environments and love the challenge of building from scratch, this is the place for you.Responsibilities:Drive talent acquisition efforts by recruiting, sourcing and engaging with highly skilled professionals across IndiaScale tech teams from scratch and play a critical role in building the foundation of Arcana’s talent engineContribute to the growth and success of Arcana in India by building a strong pipeline of top-tier candidatesCollaborate with the recruiting team and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective hiring strategiesEnsure a positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing and evaluation process, acting as a brand ambassador for ArcanaPlay a key role in building a diverse and inclusive workforce, promoting equal opportunity and representation across all rolesRequirements:5+ years of extensive experience as a recruiter in the technology industryStrong understanding of tech hiring with the ability to assess candidates’ skills across all levels, especially leadershipHands-on sourcing expertise, leveraging multiple tools and platforms to engage passive, senior talent in the industryExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage candidates, build relationships and represent Arcana’s values and cultureStrong stakeholder and candidate management skillsFamiliarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software for efficient candidate management and trackingCreative and innovative mindset to go beyond traditional methods and design impactful solutions for hiring the very best people
