Job Title: Export ManagerLocation: Connaught Place, New Delhi(International Travel Required)NOTE - Only looking from Irrigation / Agri-equipments (Sprinklers / Drip) / Pipes (HDPE/MDPE) manufacturing companies Role SummaryResponsible for driving international sales of irrigation and piping products, developing new overseas markets, strengthening distributor networks, and ensuring seamless execution of export operations end-to-end.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, onboard, and manage global distributors/importers in target markets (Middle East, Africa, Southeast Asia, etc.)Lead negotiations, pricing, contracts and margin managementManage export documentation, compliance, logistics, customs and shipping coordinationEnsure product quality, delivery schedules and customer experience through close coordination with factory teamsTrack global competitor activity and business opportunities; recommend market-wise strategyRepresent the company at international exhibitions and trade eventsOwn and deliver export revenue and profitability targetsMust-Have RequirementsMinimum 5+ years experience in exports for a manufacturing companyHands-on knowledge of export documentation and logisticsExperience dealing with overseas distributors/importers (B2B industrial products)Preferred Skills & AttributesUnderstanding of irrigation systems and agricultural marketsStrong negotiation & communication skillsCommercial acumen + ability to travel internationally (30–50%)Culturally adaptable with ability to work independentlyEducationBachelor’s degree in Business/Commerce/Engineering; MBA preferred
