About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic individual with a background in finance (accounting, or similar) and a proven track record in process improvement and automation. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency and standardization across our Finance functions.
Main Responsibilities:
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Conduct comprehensive analyses of current workflows within the finance environment to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Design and implement standardized processes that enhance efficiency, consistency, and accuracy across the finance functions.
- Evaluate existing financial processes to identify opportunities for automation and collaborate with IT and finance teams to implement ERP enhancements and AI-driven analytics.
- Deploy finance automation tools and ensure seamless integration with current systems.
- Manage projects focused on standardizing and automating financial processes and develop and deliver training programs to educate teams on new digital tools and standardized processes.
- Maintain the integrity and quality of financial and statistical data and continuously monitor financial processes to identify inefficiencies.

Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- A strong background in finance (accounting, or similar) and a proven track record in process improvement and automation.
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex information clearly to various stakeholders.
- A proactive and innovative mindset, along with a commitment to driving excellence in all aspects of our Finance functions.
- 4-8 years of work experience in Finance and/or Accounting.
- Strong experience with ERP systems (SAP E6P and S4 HANA are a plus).
- Familiarity with data analytics tool (Power BI, Excel).
