About the Role

Job Title: AI Architect

Location: Bengaluru (Onsite/Hybrid)

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Application Architect to lead, build, and implement cutting-edge AI solutions across both live projects and organizational-level initiatives. This role demands a tactical executor—not a strategist—with deep expertise in Agentic AI, LLM orchestration, and AI enablement across SDLC.

You will work closely with engineering teams, project delivery leaders, and compliance stakeholders to drive practical, scalable, and secure AI adoption. You must be comfortable designing, coding, mentoring, and delivering AI systems in real-world environments.

Key Responsibilities

AI Solution Delivery - Lead architecture and development of Agentic AI systems and automation frameworks in live projects.

AI in SDLC - Champion adoption of AI tools (e.g., Claude 4, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) in software design, development, and QA processes.

End-to-End Ownership - Own architecture, design, code, prompt workflows, evaluation, and integration of AI systems.

Compliance-Aware Design - Translate customer/compliance constraints into secure, enterprise-grade AI solutions.

Mentoring & Enablement - Train and guide teams on prompt engineering, RAG, LLM APIs, and engineering AI-first workflows.

Execution Focus - This is a tactical builder role—be ready to code, debug, and ship features directly.

Must-Have Qualifications

Experience - 10+ years in engineering/architecture roles, with recent hands-on AI/LLM system experience.

Education - Bachelor's degree in engineering (mandatory).

AI Architecture - Experience designing and implementing Agentic AI systems using modern frameworks.

Hands-On Tools Proven expertise in:

• Agentic AI: LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, OpenAgents

• LLM APIs: Claude 3/4, OpenAI, HuggingFace

• Prompt Engineering & Orchestration

• RAG Systems: FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate

• Developer Tools: Cursor, GitHub Copilot

• Languages: Python (must), FastAPI

Cloud/Infra - Working knowledge of deploying AI on AWS / GCP / Azure with containerized or serverless infra.

SDLC/DevOps Awareness - Strong foundation in CI/CD, testing, and version control tools.

Domain Fit - Experience in regulated domains like BFSI, Healthcare, or similar is a plus.
