The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging, high-quality content that aligns with our brand voice and drives audience growth across social media, digital platforms, and learning channels.Key Responsibilities• Develop and execute creative content strategies for social media, blogs, and other digital platforms.• Create visually appealing and engaging video, image, and written content to promote our courses and brand.• Collaborate with marketing, design, and academic teams to conceptualize campaigns and storytelling ideas.• Manage and optimize content performance using analytics and insights.• Stay updated with digital trends, social media algorithms, and industry best practices.• Maintain brand tone, style, and voice consistency across all content.• Plan content calendars and ensure timely delivery of projects.Requirements• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, or related field.• 6+ years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or social media management.• Proven experience in video scripting, short-form content (Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.), and storytelling.• Proficiency with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar editing tools.• Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, , and other digital platforms.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.• Creative mindset with the ability to adapt to evolving brand needs.Preferred Skills• Experience in the education or ed-tech industry.• Knowledge of SEO and content optimization.• Basic understanding of paid ad content and influencer collaboration.
