Job Summary:
We seek a Client Success Associate to ensure our clients achieve their goals and maximize the value of our services. This role involves proactive client engagement, strategic consultation, and collaboration with internal teams to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and understanding their business objectives.
