As we continue to grow, we are looking for a talented Power Apps Developer to join our dynamic team.Job Summary:The Power Platform Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining custom business applications using the Microsoft Power Platform. This role requires a strong understanding of Power Apps, Power Automate, and related Microsoft technologies. The ideal candidate will have a passion for problem-solving and delivering high-quality solutions that meet business needs.Key Responsibilities:· Design & Development:o Develop custom applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven Apps).o Create workflows and automation solutions using Power Automate.o Design and implement Power BI reports and dashboards as needed.o Integrate Power Apps with other Microsoft services (e.G., SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Azure) and third-party services.Maintenance & Support:· Provide ongoing maintenance and support for existing Power Apps solutions.· Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.· Optimize applications for performance and scalability.Collaboration:· Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs.· Collaborate with other developers and IT teams to integrate Power Apps with other systems.· Provide training and support to end-users.Documentation & Compliance:· Create and maintain technical documentation.· Ensure solutions comply with company policies, industry standards, and best practices.· Stay updated with the latest developments in the Power Platform and Microsoft technologies.Required Qualifications:· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).· 2+ years of experience in Power Apps development.· Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).· Strong understanding of relational databases (SQL Server, SharePoint, etc.).· Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web development technologies.· Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
