About Our Client

Our client is a prominent player in the Property and Building & Construction industry in India, boasting a workforce that numbers in the thousands.

Job Description

Strategy Development:

* Develop and implement a comprehensive CRM strategy aligned with business goals.

* Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and retention.

* Define customer segmentation and personalization strategies.

2. Team Leadership:

* Lead and manage the CRM team, providing guidance, support, and professional development.

* Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.

3. CRM System Management:

* Oversee the selection, implementation, and maintenance of CRM systems.

* Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the CRM system.

* Work with IT and data teams to integrate CRM with other business systems.

4. Customer Insights and Analytic:

* Analyse customer data to identify trends, behaviours, and opportunities.

* Generate insights to inform marketing and sales strategies.

* Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure CRM effectiveness.Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer retention and satisfaction.

Oversee all direct communication with customers through the CRM. Monitor relationships with existing customers through CRM systems. Ensure the CRM system provides an effective sales funnel. Develop and implement marketing techniques that will drive new customers to the business. Provide insights on client-to-business interactions, demographic trends, and customer behaviour to the team. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within the Property and Building & Construction industry. Lead and guide the CRM team to meet objectives and KPIs.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head CRM' should have:

12+ years of overall experience in CRM roles. Open to Mumbai as a location Work from Home Candidate should come with experience dealing with Property and Building & Construction industry.
