We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ETL Tester to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ETL testing, data validation with a deep understanding of data transformation, integration processes and quality assurance practices. You will play a key role in ensuring that data is accurately transformed and loaded into the target system and will be responsible for delivering high-quality results while working on complex ETL workflows.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING / RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Lead & Manage end-to-end testing activities for ETL processes including data extraction, transformation and loading.

- Understand iPass system architecture and data flows to identify critical data points for testing.

- Develop comprehensive test strategies, test plans and test cases for ETL processes, covering the data extraction, transformation logic and data loading.

- Verify data transformations applied during the ETL process to ensure data integrity and compliance with business rules

- Analyze source data for quality issues like missing values, inconsistencies, and invalid formats before data extraction.

- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior testers and ensure best testing practices are followed.

- Collaborate with Client, Product Managers and Developers to understand product requirements and specifications.

WHAT WE NEED IN YOU :

- Mandatory Skills : (Apply only if you possess the below skills)

- Expertise in SQL and Data Query testing techniques.

- Knowledge in SQL & NoSQL Data storage mechanisms and Big Data technologies.

- In-depth understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL process design and data modeling.

- Strong experience in API & Backend Testing (Including WebHook)

- Hands-on experience with ETL tools.

- In-depth experience in e-commerce Platform and workflow (Order Management / Warehousing)

- Experience in QA Methodologies, STLC, SDLC

- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical audiences which includes international clients.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework.

Work Location : Coimbatore / Bengaluru

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :

- Graduate - BE / B-Tech / MCA or equivalent.

- 6 - 8 years of experience

- Good team player with strong communication skills - verbal and written.

- Energy and real passion to work in a startup environment.

- Certifications such as ISTQB would be an added advantage.
