Accessibility Compliance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Accessibility Test Lead to join our team and champion accessibility initiatives across our digital products and services. As an Accessibility Test Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring that our digital assets comply with accessibility standards and regulations, providing equal access and usability for all users, including those with disabilities.Responsibilities:Hands-on experience on assistive technologies like NVDA, VoiceOver and Talkback.Knowledge on Accessibility testing in Mobile device, Voice Over, Zoom Text, Invert Colors, Large Text, Orientation Lock.Awareness about the usage of ARIA is mandatory.Extensive knowledge to validate the applications using automated tools like WAVE, Axe, W3c Validator, Color Contrast Analyzer,Site Improve, and ARC Toolkit.Should be well-versed with WCAG 2.1, Section 508, ADA guidelines.Should be able to develop comprehensive accessibility compliance test reports for web and mobile. certifications like IAAP Web Accessibility Specialist, IAAP CPACC, and Trusted Tester Web (Section 508). RTH-YPrior experience working in agile development environments and familiarity with accessibility integration into DevOps workflows is desirable.Commitment to staying updated on the latest trends, techniques, and tools in accessibility testing through self-study, attending conferences, participating in webinars, and obtaining relevant certifications (e.G., IAAP Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies).Requirements:WCAG 2.1 Guidelines, WAI-ARIA 1.1, NVDA Screen Reader (2022.1), Color Contrast Analyzer, Automated Scan Tool (Ex: Site Improve), Voiceover, Talkback Mobile screen readers.Good to have (Not Mandatory): HTML5, CSS (Level 3), JAVASCRIPT
