Work Model: Fully Onsite (Sector 59, Noida)

Timings – EST Shift (6:30 PM IST – 3:30 AM IST (Night Shift)

Cab facility & one-time meal facility will be provided

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of existing client accounts, maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
  • Understand client business needs and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and ongoing communication.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product, customer support, marketing) to ensure client success.
  • Develop account plans and conduct regular review meetings with clients.
  • Monitor account health metrics and proactively address churn risks.
  • Meet or exceed growth and retention targets for assigned accounts.
  • Maintain up-to-date records in CRM systems and generate regular account status reports.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in account management, customer success, or inside sales.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with diverse stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of the sales process and ability to identify upselling opportunities.
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
