Job Title: Operations ExecutiveExperience Level: 2–3 YearsLocation: DelhiJob Type: Full-timeResponsibilities: - Oversee daily operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient business processes. - Manage and maintain optimal stock levels to meet client and project requirements. - Handle purchase orders, vendor coordination, and procurement of HP or related ITproducts. - Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely order processing, billing, and delivery. - Maintain accurate documentation and purchase records in SAP or similar ERP systems. - Review, verify, and process invoices in coordination with the finance team. - Ensure compliance with GST regulations and company billing standards. - Follow up on pending approvals, vendor payments, and ensure timely closures. - Identify process gaps and suggest operational improvements. - Support reporting and MIS preparation for management review.Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably in Business, Commerce, or SupplyChain). - 2–3 years of experience in operations, procurement, or supply chain management. - Proficiency in MS Office and SAP (or similar ERP tools). - Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and time management abilities.
