And now, we’re scouting for a Key Account Manager who can be the bridge between brilliance and execution.Who You AreYou’re the rare blend of client whisperer, campaign hustler, strategic thinker—and someone who can shape narratives. You know how to make clients feel heard, understood, and impressed, while keeping internal teams aligned and on brief. You don’t just manage accounts. You build stories and grow relationships.What You’ll DoClient Relationship Management: Own day-to-day client communication. Build trust and deliver consistently. Become the go-to person for everything big and small.Campaign Coordination: Work with creative, digital, and strategy teams to bring ideas to life—on time, on brief, and on budget.Content First Drafting: Create first-level, high-quality content drafts—understanding briefs, shaping narratives, and bringing structure to ideas before they go to the creative team.Efficient use of AI: Prepare clear prompts and briefs for AI tools to generate content, ideas, scripts, and campaign directions.Brief to Brilliance: Convert client briefs into actionable plans and guide execution till final delivery.Growth Mindset: Spot opportunities to upsell and cross-sell. Introduce smarter ways of working and help clients grow.Project Oversight: Manage timelines, deliverables, approvals, and feedback across multiple accounts without dropping the ball.Reporting & Review: Share insights, compile reports, and lead reviews that showcase results (and wow clients).What You Bring to the Table6–8 years of client servicing experience in a digital/creative/marketing agencyStrong content-sense with the ability to write first drafts, structure narratives, and simplify complex briefsWorking knowledge of briefing and using AI tools for content, scripts, and ideationExcellent communication and presentation skills—client-facing and internalAbility to manage multiple accounts and timelines with easeEye for detail, a mind for strategy, and a heart that beats for marketingProven experience executing integrated campaigns across channelsCool head, quick thinking, and a solutions-first attitudeWhy Work With Us?At wThe Kite Flyers, every day brings new challenges and new canvas to create.
