We are hiring Customer Success Managers to join our team remotely from India . This hands-on role involves both strategic onboarding and technical customer support . You will work closely with new and existing clients to ensure their success — from implementation and training to ongoing support and optimization. You’ll need to be ready on day one with a solid understanding of B2B SaaS processes, workflows, and customer success best practices. ⏰ This is a full-time remote role requiring work during U.S. business hours (typically 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST).
