Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

  • Should be able to tackle all BAU issue with on-time incident resolution
  • Proven expertise in either Cognos BI or TM1 or AXIOM
  • Must be flexible to work in shift/weekends as per need
  • Should be self-driven to investigate the issues with due diligence and proactiveness
  • Should have good communication skills (written/spoken)
