This role offers diverse exposure  across accounting, finance, taxation, and corporate compliance , under the direct mentorship of experienced professionals and engagement partners. Key Responsibilities ✅ Assist in managing client finance functions ✅ Support month-end closure and MIS reporting ✅ Assist with direct & indirect tax compliance , return filings, and documentation ✅ Help in preparation and finalization of financial statements  as per accounting standards ✅ Participate in statutory audits  across sectors ✅ Contribute to corporate law and regulatory compliance  under the Companies Act, FEMA, and SEBI ✅ Conduct research and analysis  on accounting, tax, payroll, and legal matters ✅ Draft reports, presentations, and working papers for client deliverables ✅ Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely execution Desired Candidate Profile  CA Intermediate / IPCC qualified  Strong conceptual understanding of accounting, auditing & taxation  Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, etc.)  Excellent communication and analytical skills
