Who You Are:

As the Senior Coordinator, Showroom & Facilities, you will be responsible for the reception, showroom, and facilities responsibilities for a multinational fashion holding company. You are confident, able to communicate effectively, and have a strong ability to problem solve complex challenges with stakeholders. You are professional and able to remain calm under pressure.

What You'll Do:

Reception

Oversee the reception desk daily, register guests using Cloudgate, receive and communicate guest arrival to appropriate parties. Greet and welcome guests - provide a positive and welcoming experience, ensure guests are comfortable, and communicate all necessary information.

Showroom

Own the showroom master calendar – partnering with internal clients to optimize usage and assist teams as they negotiate space. Oversee the day-to-day showroom activities, as well as larger events like Market, Press Days, Investor walkthroughs. Meet weekly with Office Service teams to ensure requests from teams will properly support showroom activities. Complete daily walkthroughs of the showrooms working with Office Services or outside vendors to repair and maintain the overall look and function of the showroom floor. Coordinate with Office Services team for task completion and follow through. Assist teams with showroom needs by working with the design, sales, marketing, and visual teams. Maintain list of appropriate access to showrooms, working with Security team to keep updated.

Corporate Facilities

Conduct walkthroughs of the NY office space every Friday with Office Services team. Coordinate maintenance repairs and services as needed with corporate vendors. Submit weekly report to Sr Director of Facilities with all maintenance activities. Present facilities process to new hires and executive assistants as needed. Update new hire seating locations in office management system, Nuvolo. Coordinate building requests with property management office, including but not limited to, freight reservations and vendor COI submittals.

You'll Need to Have:

Bachelor's degree Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint proficiency Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to interact with all levels of management- internal and external. Ability to work in NYC office 5 days a week

In compliance with certain Pay Transparency laws, employers are required to disclose a salary range. The salary for this position will vary based on role requirements, skill set and years of experience.

Compensation Range:

$53,000.00-$88,000.00
