Driven by trust, transparency, and performance, Laverne Fintech leverages advanced technology and industry best practices to strengthen the global presence of La Verne Capital.Position SummaryWe are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Front Office Executive to support our Insurance Sales team. This role involves directly interacting with Australian clients, managing inquiries, explaining insurance products, and coordinating with the internal sales team. The candidate should have excellent English communication skills and a passion for customer service and sales coordination.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the first point of contact for Australian clients (calls & emails).Support the Sales Team in client communication, follow-ups, and documentation.Explain insurance products clearly and confidently to clients.Maintain client data and assist in preparing sales reports.Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth sales operations.Achieve assigned performance goals and maintain service standards.Provide feedback and updates to sales managers regarding client queries.Qualifications and Skills2–4 years’ experience in front office, customer service, or sales coordination.Excellent English communication (verbal & written).Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in client interaction.Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet timelines.Experience in insurance or financial services preferred.Job Timing5:00 AM – 2:00 PM IST (to align with Australian business hours)LocationWork From Office – Vadodara, GujaratCompensation & BenefitsSalary: Upto ₹34,000 per month (depending on experience)Health Insurance + Provident FundPetrol Allowance + Punctuality Bonus
