We are seeking a highly analytical detail-oriented Data Analyst to support our Client Success Managers. In this role you will leverage your strong skills in data analysis presentation development and quality assurance to ensure the successful delivery of insights and recommendations to our clients. You will play a crucial role in maximizing the benefits of i-Genie's AI tools for our clients in the CPG/FMCG space contributing to their growth ambitions through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis and Interpretation Analyze large datasets to identify patterns trends and insights relevant to client objectives.
  • Presentation Development Develop compelling visually appealing presentations that effectively communicate data findings and recommendations.
  • Quality Assurance Meticulously review data analyses and presentations to identify and correct errors ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Technical Support Provide technical assistance to the Client Success Manager/Client Insight Partner in utilizing digital research tools and platforms.
  • Project Support Assist in project management activities including data gathering analysis and report generation.
  • Client Communication Support the Client Success Manager/Client Insight Partner in preparing materials for client meetings and presentations.
  • Documentation Maintain clear organized documentation of data sources methodologies and analysis results.
  • Master Data Management & Coding Assist with the maintenance and update client data accurately ensuring data integrity.

You have:

  • A go-getter attitude. You can hit the ground running and believe you can get anything done.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Engineering Business or a related area.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in a support role involving data analysis and presentation development possibly in an insight agency or consulting role.
  • Familiarity with market research methodologies and digital research tools is a plus.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint. Experience with PowerBi advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and logical thinking skills.
  • High level of numeracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
