We are seeking a Hospital AI & Automation Officer — a strategic technologist who can bridge hospital operations with intelligent systems, ensuring smoother workflows, faster communication, and error-free reporting. To transform hospital operations through AI, RPA, and automation , making them more efficient, data-driven, and transparent. The role involves mapping hospital workflows, developing low-code automation, integrating analytics dashboards, and training teams to adopt new tools effectively. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an AI & Automation Officer located in Dwarka. The AI & Automation Officer will be responsible for the implementation and oversight of AI and automation technologies within the organization. Daily tasks include designing and developing AI models, automating workflows, conducting research on the latest AI advancements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate these technologies into the business. Additionally, the AI & Automation Officer will optimize system performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide support to other departments on AI-related matters. Qualifications Experience in AI & Machine Learning, and understanding of various AI frameworks and tools Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and familiarity with automation software Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct research and apply findings Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and teamwork skills Ability to work on-site in Dwarka and manage projects independently Experience in the healthcare or consulting industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus
