Operating under a B2B model, SANdbOX partners with training providers and trainers to convert traditional training exercises into scalable, reusable games and simulation libraries, offering seamless platform management while enabling content ownership for clients.JOB POSTING 1: PHP Full-Stack Web DeveloperPosition: PHP Full-Stack Web DeveloperExperience Required: 1- 2 years (minimum one year must have) Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-time / Part-timeAbout the RoleWe are looking for a full-stack PHP developer who can independently build and maintain web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong PHP scripting capabilities along with solid front-end development skills across HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery. You should be comfortable owning end-to-end development—from database design to UI behavior and validation.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and enhance PHP-based web applications.Implement front-end UI using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.Build responsive and interactive screens with validation, rules, animations, and dynamic UI logic (button enable/disable, events, etc.).Write clean, secure PHP code for server-side logic and API integrations.Work with MySQL to design, query, and optimize databases.Collaborate with designers, testers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality web features.Troubleshoot, optimize performance, and resolve bugs.Required Skills & Experience1-2 years of hands-on experience with:PHP scriptingMySQLHTML/CSSJavaScript & jQueryStrong understanding of MVC patterns and web application architecture.Ability to translate functional requirements into working code.Knowledge of validation rules, UI logic, and basic animations.Preferred / Nice to HaveExperience with responsive front-end frameworks (Bootstrap, Tailwind, etc.).Knowledge of AJAX, JSON, REST APIs.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Inclusive Hiring StatementWhile the role is merit-based, we strongly encourage applications from returning career women, individuals seeking to restart their professional journey, and candidates from economically challenged backgrounds.How to apply? - By mail onlyAs this is remote job our remuneration band will be 1.8 - 2.4 Lakhs per annum + performance bonus.
