JOB DUTIES

Job Summary

Responsible for managing the total planning & MIS activities of the all the projects in Civil Business including the preparation of project management plan, baselines of Scope, schedule and Cost from Head Office.

Key Accountabilities

Lead the development of methods and procedures to cover project planning , project cost estimating, project cost control , and project budget preparation and administration Analysis of the project Schedule using critical path methodology; generating performance measurement monthly report for the management team; interfacing with project technical staff and engineering department to define scope of work, baseline changes variance analysis and implementation of corrective action. Preparation of Management Planning and control schedules and periodical update of the status of the project. Day to Day interaction with Client/ consultants for quoting the tenders Preparation of Project Management Plans (Scope, Time and Cost estimates) within one month of start of project and getting approval from Management Prepare a detailed tender synopsis (technical and commercial) Study the contract clauses, local issues and visit the site This person is responsible for entire technical research and analysis for each and every tender Client presentation Work Procedure and methodology Organization chart – specific to project Will be responsible for Training all Project sites to have standard MIS Trackers Preparing monthly MIS reports & circulating it within the team To Monitor, Monthly Progress Reports, recommend changes and improvement to the Project Manager / Project Team, this report is to include the following: Materials and Sub-contractors Tracking Schedules Projects S Curves & Histograms Plan / Target Vs Actual and Forecast reports Weekly / Monthly site progress reports
