Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist to join AI team and lead the development of cutting-edge artificial intelligence solutions. You will work on complex projects involving machine learning, deep learning, and advanced analytics to drive innovation and solve challenging problems. As a senior member, you will also mentor team members and contribute to the strategic direction of AI initiatives.

Key Responsibilities: Design and implement machine learning models and algorithms to solve AI-specific challenges. Develop and optimize deep learning architectures for tasks such as computer vision, natural language processing, and recommendation systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into products and services. Analyze large datasets to extract insights and improve AI model performance. Research and experiment with emerging AI technologies and methodologies. Build and maintain scalable data pipelines for AI model training and deployment. Ensure the ethical use of AI and compliance with data privacy regulations. Present findings and AI solutions to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner. Mentor junior data scientists and engineers in AI techniques and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience as a Data Scientist with a focus on AI and machine learning. Expertise in programming languages such as Python, R, or Julia. Strong knowledge of machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras). Proficiency in deep learning techniques and neural networks. Experience with big data tools like Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) for AI model deployment.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience with reinforcement learning and generative AI models. Knowledge of ethical AI practices and data governance. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
