Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Powai for an Accounts & Finance Manager (Only CA). The Accounts & Finance Manager will handle daily accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance management. Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, managing budgets, conducting audits, and ensuring adherence to financial regulations. The manager will also oversee cash flow management, tax planning, and coordination with external auditors.


Key Resposibilities

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including ledger maintenance, reconciliations, and financial controls
  • Prepare accurate financial statements and management reports
  • Monitor and manage budgets, forecasts, and cost analysis
  • Oversee cash flow, working capital, and fund management
  • Ensure timely compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.)
  • Liaise with external auditors and tax consultants for audits and assessments
  • Drive process improvements and strengthen internal financial controls
  • Support senior management with financial insights and strategic recommendations



Qualifications

  • Certified Chartered Accountant (CA) credential
  • Strong accounting and financial reporting skills
  • Experience in budget management and financial analysis
  • Knowledge of tax planning and compliance management
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
