In this role, you will work closely with our engineering team to build and enhance end-to-end computer vision systems used in real manufacturing environments.Your responsibilities will span the full lifecycle of AI-driven solutions, from data collection and preprocessing, to model fine-tuning and optimization, and finally deploying models as production-ready applications on edge or cloud platforms. This role goes beyond algorithm development; you will gain hands-on experience in creating complete, real-world AI solutions, including system integration, performance evaluation, and deployment workflows.QualificationsStrong programming fundamentals, especially in Python; knowledge of C/C++ is a strong advantage.Solid understanding of OOP principles, modularity, extensibility, and writing clean, scalable code.Strong problem-solving ability (“vibe coding”) — able to break down problems, define system design, and deliver small, well-structured software components.Foundational knowledge of Computer Vision and Deep Learning, including CNN fundamentals and hands-on experience with object detection, segmentation, and tracking using models such as YOLO, RF-DETR, and classical tracking algorithms.Basic understanding of transformer-based vision models, including Vision Transformers (ViT), attention mechanisms, and familiarity with models like CLIP or DINO.Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle, Git/GitHub workflows, and contributing to open-source projects (participation in competitions is a plus).A strong ownership and “get-things-done” mindset, going beyond technical skills to take initiative, solve problems proactively, and drive tasks to completion in a startup environment.How to ApplyIf you believe you will enjoy the nature of this work and feel excited about the problems we are solving, send your résumé to careers@neuraldynamix.com along with a few lines on why you think you're a great fit for this role.Compensation & BenefitsStipend: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on skills and experience)Flexible Duration: 3–6 months, or aligned with project requirementsWork Mode: RemotePerks:Certificate of CompletionLetter of RecommendationMentorship from experienced engineers and exposure to end-to-end product development
