- Evaluate business performance and provide recommendations for Qualified Chartered Accountant with 8-14 years of experience in finance and Indian accounting, with at least 4 years in a managerial role.

- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards.

- Proven experience in finance, accounts, compliances, and strategic management.

- Excellent team management skills. Embrace technology, speed and integrity.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office, particularly Excel and ERP.

- Ability to collaborate with business leaders and provide strategic inputs.

- Ability to work in a fast pace organization.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
