We are seeking an experienced SR SAP HR HCM Consultant to join our team at Valcon-USA.

Key Requirements:

- At least 10-15 years of experience in the SAP HCM Module

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. BE, MBA, BCOM, MCA, BCA, B.Sc.)

- 10-15 years of experience in SAP HCM or SAP HCM certification with 8-10 years of HR domain experience in Indian PSU/Govt organization/Private organization

- Domain expertise in running almost all Modules, including Payroll and Time Management, is an added advantage

- Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and Hindi

Essential Skills:

- Certification in SAP HR Module is an added advantage

- Experience with two full life-cycle implementations of HR modules from planning stage through configurations and go-live is an added advantage

- Ability to deliver enterprise-scale solutions in projects, starting from requirement gathering, UAT, deployment, training, and support

- Proficiency in Solution Design & Configuration Workbook/Business Blueprint

- Experience in configuring the SAP/SuccessFactors system according to new or changing business requirements

- Experience in supporting the development of test strategy and test plans

- Ability to work on incidents raised by business users, reviewing, communicating, analyzing, fixing, and correcting issues

- Fair knowledge of SAP release management updates

- Ability to handle and work in global support environments

- Strong communication skills to anchor meetings and run project calls

- Strong leadership and comprehension abilities to develop business documents and anchor system support activities

Additional Benefits:

- Experience in configuring Goal Management and Performance Management templates, including goal plan set up, is an added advantage

- Familiarity with SuccessFactors Platform, including ORD reports, Tile-based dashboards in Dashboard 2.0, and Ad-hoc reports SuccessFactors Analytics and Reporting is an added advantage

- Experience in Security and Permissions configuration is an added advantage

- Familiarity with Home page and People profile configurations
