About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior React Native Developer / Lead with strong experience in building and leading cross-platform mobile app development projects. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in React Native, JavaScript/TypeScript , and should have successfully delivered multiple apps across iOS and Android. This role requires someone who can take ownership of mobile development, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
  • Lead end-to-end mobile app development projects from requirement gathering to deployment.
  • Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver scalable solutions.
  • Optimize app performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure best practices in mobile development.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers in coding standards, architecture, and best practices.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.
  • Integrate third-party APIs, libraries, and native modules (iOS/Android).
  • Ensure apps meet high standards of UI/UX, performance, and security .


Required Skills & Experience

  • 4–8 years of professional experience in mobile application development.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in React Native, JavaScript, TypeScript, Redux/MobX, Hooks .
  • Proven track record of delivering multiple cross-platform mobile apps (published apps preferred).
  • Experience with native iOS/Android development (Swift, Objective-C, Java, Kotlin) is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of REST APIs, GraphQL, and backend integration.
  • Familiarity with mobile CI/CD pipelines (App Center, Fastlane, Bitrise, etc.).
  • Understanding of app store deployment processes (Google Play & App Store).
  • Strong problem-solving skills, debugging, and performance tuning experience.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.


Good to Have

  • Experience with React Native CLI, Expo, Firebase, Push Notifications, Analytics tools .
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for mobile backend integration.
  • Exposure to Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Trello, Confluence).
  • Prior experience in leading a small mobile development team.
