Job Overview

CrazyHR is seeking enthusiastic Airport Ground Staff and Air Hostess personnel for full-time positions located in Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Guwahati, Dehradun, Chandigarh, and Darjeeling. This fresher-level position welcomes individuals with 0 experience, eager to embark on a fulfilling career in the aviation industry. Successful candidates will work directly at airports, contributing to seamless travel experiences for passengers while embodying our company's commitment to excellence in customer service.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Demonstrated hospitality expertise, essential in creating welcoming passenger experiences (Mandatory skill).
  • Exceptional customer service skills, crucial for assisting and ensuring passenger satisfaction (Mandatory skill).
  • Passion for traveling, a vital component to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced aviation environment (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong understanding of statistical analysis to interpret operational data and enhance service protocols.
  • Proficiency in machine learning to leverage AI systems for improved passenger service efficiencies.
  • Familiarity with Python programming for the development of internal operational tools and solutions.
  • Experience with big data to effectively manage and analyze large volumes of passenger data.
  • Expertise in data mining to extract meaningful insights to inform service improvement decisions.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Facilitating check-in processes while ensuring passenger information accuracy and compliance with airline regulations.
  • Assisting passengers with inquiries, delays, and any travel-related concerns with professionalism and empathy.
  • Enhancing passenger experiences by providing consistent, courteous, and efficient service throughout their airport journey.
  • Coordinating with airport security and staff to manage passenger boarding and de-boarding procedures efficiently.
  • Addressing and resolving passenger complaints and issues promptly to maintain service quality standards.
  • Organizing and managing boarding announcements and passenger flow within the airport terminal effectively.
  • Participating in training sessions and workshops to continually improve service techniques and compliance knowledge.
  • Collaborating with team members to maintain a harmonious and productive working environment.
