About the Role: We are seeking a result-driven Ad Manager who can take ownership of our paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. This role is a blend of strategy and execution —ideal for someone who is hands-on with PPC campaigns and also capable of driving performance through strategic planning. Key Responsibilities: Plan, create, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads , and other platforms. Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to maximize ROI. Write and optimize ad copies while managing ad groups, campaigns, and budgets effectively. Monitor campaign performance (CTR, CPC, conversions, ROAS) and optimize continuously. Execute A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and targeting strategies. Collaborate with design, content, and SEO teams to ensure aligned ad performance. Generate weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights. Stay updated with the latest trends and platform updates in digital advertising . Requirements: ** Immediate Joiner required** 5 plus years of proven experience in PPC / Paid Advertising . Strong hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads . Knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking tools .
