Community Outreach: Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with the local community to enhance the hospital’s public image. Stakeholder Liaison: Building and maintaining effective communication with external agencies, government health departments (including AYUSH bodies), referring doctors, and potential partners. 2.Patient and Internal Relations Patient Assistance: Supporting patients and their families with non-clinical queries, concerns, and complaints; guiding them through admission, treatment, and discharge processes to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience. Information Flow: Facilitating effective communication within the hospital and between medical professionals and patients to ensure clarity and transparency. Patient Education: Preparing educational materials and providing information to patients regarding health conditions, lifestyle changes, and the benefits and procedures of Ayurvedic treatments.
